Now hiring: we are hiring a night watchman in North Tyneside, England. The job is in a corporate office building. Day to day you will monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes; check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover. What we are looking for: • Ex-servicemen preferred • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Full-time, day shift.
