Fusing press operator — Ohio County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Ohio County, Kentucky. You will be based at a garment factory. Your main tasks: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 2+ years on the tools preferred.
