Die-casting operator — Manistee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Manistee County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Meals and transport allowance provided.
