Gang bricklayer — Coal County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Coal County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a residential building site. The role involves: • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod You should have: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently 1+ years on the tools preferred.
