Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Solano County, California. You will be based in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time, day shift.
