Day to day you will prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Requirements: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Full-time, day shift.
