Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Jefferson County, Texas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
