Vacancy available: LGV Class 1 driver (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Queens County, New York. You will work in a refrigerated transport fleet. Day to day you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Current Driver CPC qualification card At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
