In-process quality controller — Orsu

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Orsu, Imo State. The job is on a garment production line. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols The role involves carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦105,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
