Kitchen cook — Elmore County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Elmore County, Idaho. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
