Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Hodgeman County, Kansas. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus On the job you will handle: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
