Membrane applicator — Ukum

Great opportunity: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Ukum, Benue State. You will work at a cold storage facility. Day-to-day duties: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Pay around ₦500 per hour, based on your experience.
