In-process quality controller wanted in Ilaje

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Ilaje, Ondo State. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans 5+ years on the tools preferred.
