Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble mason in Keweenaw County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
