Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Kimball County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
