We are recruiting: conventional mill operator (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Van Buren County, Tennessee. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. On the job you will handle: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
