UPVC welding machine operator • Meade County, South Dakota

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Meade County, South Dakota. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads The role involves: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees Rotating shifts.
