Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
