Powder coater — Dearborn County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Dearborn County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
