Requirements: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance The role involves trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes.
