Concrete worker — Las Animas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete worker in Las Animas County, Colorado. The job is on a road and bridge project. On the job you will handle: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
