Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Clark County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
