Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Awgu, Enugu State. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper 2+ years on the tools preferred.
