Coating plant operator • Berks County, Pennsylvania

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Berks County, Pennsylvania. You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 3+ years on the tools preferred.
