Kitchen steward — Sullivan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Sullivan County, Pennsylvania. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
