Deboner — Crow Wing County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Crow Wing County, Minnesota. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
