Confectioner — Bodinga

Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Bodinga, Sokoto State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking.
