Gypsum plasterer — Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Clay County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
