You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
