Vertical transportation technician — Wise County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Wise County, Texas. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work You will run load and overload tests with test weights; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches.
