Urgent requirement: lathe programmer-operator (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Sarasota County, Florida. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles Ideal candidate: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
