Immediate opening: we are hiring a joiner in Columbiana County, Ohio. Day to day you will build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. Ideal candidate: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
