Commis chef wanted in Snyder County

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Snyder County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
