Urgent requirement: kitchenhand (California)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in San Diego County, California. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
