Reinforcement steel fixer — Clinton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Clinton County, Iowa. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites The role involves set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat.
