Lifting rigger — Lassen County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Lassen County, California. Your main tasks: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
