Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Chambers County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Day to day you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
