Argon welding operator wanted in Warren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Warren County, Illinois. Day to day you will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
