Your main tasks: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons You should have: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Careful handling of tools and components Rotating shifts.
