Vacuum press operator — Clear Creek County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Clear Creek County, Colorado. You will work in a tailoring workshop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep On the job you will handle: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Give each garment a final press before packing Part-time with flexible hours.
