Industrial sewing operator — Henry County

Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Henry County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
