Garden maintenance worker — Bamberg County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Bamberg County, South Carolina. You will work in a public park. On the job you will handle: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
