Kitchen steward — Ofu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Ofu, Kogi State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦165,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
