You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On the job you will handle: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
