Day to day you will report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
