Kitchen steward — Lenawee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lenawee County, Michigan. You will work in a catering unit. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
