Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Sefton, England. You will work on a busy high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking On the job you will handle: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
