Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Andrews County, Texas. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 1+ years on the tools preferred.
