Bodywork technician — Clallam County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Clallam County, Washington. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. Day to day you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
