Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile installer in Wilson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone Your main tasks: • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
